Description
This course helps educators connect the dots between the Florida Early Learning Standards, quality teacher-child interactions, and play-based learning. Educators will discover how to implement strategies to increase quality interactions while using play-based activity plans created by the Division of Early Learning (DEL) for Pre-K classrooms.

Course Objectives:
1. Understand that content learning can happen in the context of play.
2. Develop strategies to increase interactions that support children’s learning and development.
3. Understand and use resources for teaching content that align with the Florida Early Learning and Developmental Standards.


This is an online, self-paced training.

Participants earn 0.5 CEUs upon successful completion of the course.
