Description
This course focuses on strengthening partnerships with families through respectful communication, cultural responsiveness, and collaborative engagement. Educators will learn effective strategies for sharing information, supporting families’ goals, and creating welcoming environments where all caregivers feel valued. Participants will gain practical tools for fostering trust and building meaningful, long‑term relationships that enhance each child’s development and learning.

Learning Objective:
Candidate establishes a positive, responsive, and cooperative relationship with each child’s family, engages in two-way communication with families, encourages their involvement in the program, and supports the child’s relationship with his or her family.
